Monday may be chefs' day off, but they're "on" with the Gals, Ms. Place and us. Tonight's live "Chat on a Plate" will be with Otto Borsich, and will take place between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Eastern time.
Some members of Otto's family will also be present, so keep it clean, possums. Leave all the pirate-like wenchin' and pillagin' stories for another time. We'll see you there.
