To paraphrase Homer Simpson,"Is there NOTHING that liquid nitrogen can't do?" On the down side, stunt cooking, and that's really what cooking with liquid nitrogen is, starts to lose a lot of its charm the 3rd or 4th time youe see it. I really enjoyed Richard's stint on the Top Chef and I'm sure he'll be a star, but it's time retire this bit.
I like Richard. He has a very easy nature. I have to say that he has a weird little tick with his mouth. Check out the beginning of the clip while he's being introduced. It's kinda funny.
